Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (275 g filling weight) deep-frozen Frutti Di Mare (seafood mix)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. of tomato paste
  • 1/2 package (250 g) chunky tomato pulp
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1/2 package (3.5 g) Dry yeast
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 pack of Mozzarella (filling quantity 220 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Rinse seafood briefly with cold water, place in a sieve and defrost at room temperature for about 1 hour. Peel onion and dice very finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan, sauté onions and garlic in it, stir in tomato paste and add tomato pulp. Stir in ketchup and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Let it boil down for about 3 minutes.

    Remove from the stove and let it cool down. Mix flour, salt and dried yeast. Add 125 ml warm water and 50 ml oil. Knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Knead yeast dough with floured hands well and cut in half. Roll out the yeast dough to 2 circles (approx. 19 cm Ø) on a well floured work surface. Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it rise again in a warm place for about 15 minutes. In the meantime dab seafood dry. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan, add the spring onions and mushrooms and fry them.

    Knead yeast dough with floured hands well and cut in half. Roll out the yeast dough to 2 circles (approx. 19 cm Ø) on a well floured work surface. Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it rise again in a warm place for about 15 minutes. In the meantime dab seafood dry. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan, add the spring onions and mushrooms and fry them. Add the seafood and fry on medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Spread tomato sauce on the pizzas, spread seafood on top and cover with slices of mozzarella. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Serve pizzas immediately

    Add the seafood and fry on medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Spread tomato sauce on the pizzas, spread seafood on top and cover with slices of mozzarella. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Serve pizzas immediately
