Salami-Pizza from the tray

Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 cube (42 g) Yeast
  • 120 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Marjoram
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 package (500 g) Pizza Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 balls of mozzarella cheese (approx. 150 g each)
  • 100 g black olives
  • 100 g Pepperoni
  • 100 g Italian salami slices

Directions

    Put the flour in a bowl and make a depression in the middle. Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it. Add fat in flakes, yeast mixture, salt, marjoram and oil to the flour and knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray. Spread tomatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the mozzarella and dice roughly. Spread olives, pepperoni and mozzarella on the pizza. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ gas: level 4) for 25-30 minutes on the 2nd rack from below. Spread the salami on the pizza about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time
