Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (460 g) Pizza dough base mix (2 bags of 230 g each)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 200 g Tomato pieces with herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp (from the package)
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Artichoke Hearts
  • 12 scalloped shrimp tails
  • 50 g black olives
  • 2 packs (125 g each) Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead the pizza dough, 250 ml water and salt with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. On the floured work surface knead vigorously once again. Cut the dough in half and roll out on a baking tray lined with baking paper to form two round pizzas (each approx. 24 cm Ø). Spread the tomato pieces on top and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Drain the artichokes and cut in half.

    Spread the tomatoes, artichokes, shrimps and olives on the pizzas. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Cover pizzas with it. Season with salt and pepper and gratinate for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with basil leaves
