Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (275 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp frozen "Frutti di Mare
  • 7-10 Tbsp (Seafood mix;
  • 7-10 Tbsp cooked, glazed)
  • 250 g + some flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 package Dry yeast
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 200-250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package (370 g) piecemeal
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomatoes with onion
  • baking paper

Directions

    Rinse seafood cold and defrost in a sieve. Mix 250 g flour, 1 pinch of salt and yeast. Knead 125 ml lukewarm water and 5 tablespoons of oil. Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes

    Knead the dough again and cut in half. Roll out on a little flour to 2 circles (each approx. 20 cm Ø). Leave to rise for another 15 minutes on a baking tray lined with baking paper

    Clean and wash spring onions and mushrooms. Cut spring onions into rings, mushrooms into slices. Dab seafood dry and fry in 2 tbsp. hot oil, turning for about 5 minutes. Fry the spring onions and mushrooms briefly, season and let cool. Cut Mozzarella into slices

    Spread chunky tomatoes on the pizzas. Spread seafood, spring onions and mushrooms on top and cover with mozzarella. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes

    Drink: cool white wine
