  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whipped cream
  • 2 can(s) (250 g/6 pieces each) Croissants
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese with herbs
  • 12 thin slices of cooked ham (approx. 30 g each)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix the egg yolks and whipped cream. Open croissant tins according to the instructions on the package. Take dough rolls out of the tins, unroll and cut into predetermined triangles. Spread with herb cheese, place one slice of ham on each triangle and roll up loosely from the broad sides.

    Place 6 croissants each on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. Spread the croissants with the egg cream approx. 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Serve the croissants on a plate, garnished with chives as desired. Makes approx. 12 pieces
