Ingredients

  • 1 bag (7 g) dried yeast
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 75 g cooked ham
  • 1 (125 g) Beutel Mozzarella-Käse
  • 75 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 200 g chunky tomato pulp
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 1 Tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Dissolve yeast and sugar in 150 ml lukewarm water while stirring. Put flour, olive oil and salt into a mixing bowl, add yeast-water mixture and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.

    Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 25 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat crumbled over medium heat, turning it over. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Wash the thyme, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Finely dice the ham. Drain mozzarella well on a sieve and cut into thin slices.

    Roughly grate Gouda. Mix tomato pulp, salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup and 3/4 of the thyme. Wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomato. Knead the dough again and roll out to a circle (approx. 26 cm Ø) on a floured work surface.

    Place the dough in a greased pizza or tart dish (26 cm Ø) and leave to rise for another 20 minutes. Spread the dough with tomato pulp. Spread half of the mozzarella, minced meat, mushrooms and ham on top.

    Sprinkle pizza with remaining mozzarella, gouda and tomato cubes. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with remaining thyme.

    Garnish with basil as desired.
