  • 1 Bag (230 g) Baking mix for pizza dough (for 1/8 l water)
  • 3 large slices of pineapple (from the can)
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 4 dried tomatoes
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 tin(s) (185 g) Tuna fillets without oil
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Curry sauce (from the glass)
  • 100 g Pizza cheese (grated mozzarella)
  • 40 g Coconut chips to sprinkle

    Mix the pizza dough and 1/8 litre lukewarm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Knead the dough again with your hands briefly. 3 Cut each pineapple slice into 3 pieces. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Wash the chilli pepper, cut into thin rings and remove the seeds. Drain tuna on kitchen paper. Roll out 4 small pizzas (each 12-14 cm Ø) from the dough.

    Spread each pizza with 2 tablespoons of curry sauce. Cover with pineapple, spring onions, tomatoes and tuna. Spread chilli rings and cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3)) for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle coconut chips over the pizzas 2 minutes before the end of the baking time. Remove from the oven and serve immediately
