Put the basic mixture for the dough with 170 ml cold water into a mixing bowl and work into a smooth dough using the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Form a roll, cut it into eight pieces and roll each one out round (approx. 10 cm Ø).
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix ketchup and tomato paste. Season with pepper. Clean and wash the spinach leaves and blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain, rinse cold and squeeze out well.
Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Cut the cabanossi diagonally into slices. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza dough. Cover with leaf spinach, onion rings and cabanossi slices. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over it after 5-10 minutes.
