Ingredients

  • 40 g low-fat yoghurt (1,5 % fat)
  • 80 g Salad cream (16 % fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON frozen mixed herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 60 g Cucumber salad "Danish style
  • 4 Hot dog sausages (approx. 50 g each; 16 % fat)
  • 4 Hot dog buns (approx. 50 g each)
  • 4 TSP medium hot mustard
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Roasted onions

Directions

    Mix yoghurt, salad cream and herbs. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Drain the cucumbers. Bring water to the boil, remove from the heat and heat the sausage in it for about 5 minutes.

    Cut open the buns, put the sausage in. Add mustard, ketchup and tartar sauce. Cover with cucumber slices and sprinkle with roasted onions.
