Ingredients

Servings: 18
  • 16-20 raw scampi
  • 7-10 Tbsp or prawns with head
  • 7-10 Tbsp and bowl
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash the scampi, dab dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to stand for about 10 minutes

    If necessary, grill the scampi on aluminium foil on a hot barbecue, turning over, for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
