Corn on the cob with herb butter

  • 5 Corn cobs (approx. 225 g each)
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine

Directions

    Clean and wash the corncobs. Put into boiling water. Season with sugar. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Then drain and cut into pieces. In the meantime wash and chop the parsley. Melt the fat. Add parsley and pour over the corn pieces
