Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red pepper, 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Onion, 1/2-1 red chilli
  • 1 TABLESPOON olive oil, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ground cumin
  • 1/2 TEASPOON sugar, salt

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and chop garlic and onion. Wash, seed and chop the chilli. Steam everything in hot oil for about 10 minutes, puree. Season with vinegar, oregano, cumin, sugar and salt.

    Serve hot or cold.
