Peel 2 onions and chop finely. Knead minced meat, onions, breadcrumbs and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Form 10-12 flat meatballs from the minced meat and fry on the hot grill on both sides for about 5 minutes. Peel remaining onions and cut into rings. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash and drain the lettuce leaves. Cut open the bread roll. Cover the lower halves of the rolls with a lettuce leaf, a meatball and a slice of cheese. Put some onion rings, cucumber and tomato slices on top. Spread some ketchup and mustard on each. Cover with the upper halves of the rolls
