Ingredients

  • 8-10 discs Toast
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 Heads romaine lettuce
  • 175 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 80 ml White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Debark the toast and cut into large cubes. Fry bread cubes in hot fat until golden brown. Clean salad, cut into bite-sized pieces, wash and drain. Grate cheese. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press. Mix oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix salad, bread cubes, cheese and garlic vinaigrette
