Paprika sausage skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 400 g colourful peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 (approx. 500 g) Bratwursts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 Shashlik skewers made of wood or metal

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Peel and quarter the onion and halve the quarters again crosswise. Cut the sausages diagonally into thick slices. Put sausage, paprika and onion pieces alternately on 6 skewers. Mix oil, sweet paprika, pepper and a little salt and brush the skewers with it. Fry on the preheated grill while turning for approx. 10 minutes
