Clean, wash and cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Peel and quarter the onion and halve the quarters again crosswise. Cut the sausages diagonally into thick slices. Put sausage, paprika and onion pieces alternately on 6 skewers. Mix oil, sweet paprika, pepper and a little salt and brush the skewers with it. Fry on the preheated grill while turning for approx. 10 minutes
