  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 l clear chicken stock (instant)
  • 100 ml Tomato ketchup
  • 75 ml White wine vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 10-12 S

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix garlic, chicken soup, ketchup, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Wash the meat and dab dry. Put the meat in a bowl, pour the marinade over it and marinate covered for about 24 hours.

    Remove the meat from the marinade, drain and grill on the hot grill on each side for about 6 minutes.
