Caramelise 30 g sugar in a frying pan. Add walnuts and almonds and caramelise. Remove, allow to cool and chop coarsely. Wash peaches, grate dry, cut in half and remove stone.
Cut the peaches into slices and place them in a grill tray. Drizzle lime juice over them, sprinkle butter in flakes and brittle over them. Sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Grill on the preheated grill for 10-15 minutes.
Decorate with slices of lime and mint.
