Grilled watermelon with creamy feta

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Roman salad heart
  • 1 collar Rocket
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 3 kg Watermelon
  • 150 g green and black olives
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Whisk vinegar, lemon juice and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Clean, wash, shake dry and chop the salad. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices.

    Wash the melon and cut into 2-3 cm thick pieces. Remove seeds if possible. Coat thinly with oil. Grill on a hot grill or grill pan for about 4 minutes while turning

    Mix salad, olives and vinaigrette. Arrange salad and melon. Crumble the cheese and sprinkle over it
