Ingredients

  • 4 ready-to-cook trout (approx. 300 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 Stem(s) Dill
  • 2 stem(s) Rosemary
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash the trout and dab dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash and slice the lemon. Pluck the herbs a little smaller.

    Fill the prepared ingredients into the fish and cover them. Coat fish grill tongs with oil, put fish in. Cook on the hot grill for 15-20 minutes while turning. Grilled mini peppers taste great with it
