Rump steaks in pepper-red wine marinade

Ingredients

  • 4 Rump steaks (175 g each)
  • 75 ml dry red wine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS pickled green pepper
  • 1 marjoram stalk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grill trays

Directions

    Put the steaks in a flat dish. Mix red wine and oil. Add peppercorns and spread over the meat slices. Wash the marjoram, remove the leaves and sprinkle over the meat.

    Cover and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. Remove the rump steaks and let them drain. Place on grill trays and place on the hot grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.
