  • 6 Stem(s) Sage
  • 0?$? Tomatoes
  • 12-16 discs Ciabatta bread (approx. 30 g each)
  • 4-5 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 12-16 discs Parma ham (approx. 7 g each)

Directions

    Wash sage, shake dry and pluck leaves from stems. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into 6 slices. Sprinkle slices of ciabatta with olive oil

    Cover with 1-2 tomato slices and sage leaves each. Season with pepper. Wrap each slice of ham tightly around the tomatoes. Place on a hot grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side
