  • 500 g Schmand
  • 3 TSP Curry Powder
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Five Spice spice powder

Directions

    Stir together the sour cream and curry. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into rings. Stir the chives, except for a little bit for sprinkling, into the cream and season to taste with salt and spice powder. Arrange the cream in a bowl and sprinkle with chives and curry
