Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Vine tomatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4-6 Tbsp Wine vinegar
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 1 Courgette
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 2 packages (250 g each) fresh tortellini (cooling shelf)
  • 150 g Mozzarella cheese

    For the sauce, peel and finely dice the onion. Wash, clean and halve the vine tomatoes and grate from the inside first on a coarse grater. Mix the onion, tomatoes, 2 tbsp. oil and season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar

    Cut the ham into strips. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Select the rocket, wash, shake dry and cut into small pieces depending on size. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and fry the zucchini slices for about 3 minutes while turning. Take out the zucchini and put the pine nuts in the hot pan under W

    Prepare tortellini in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut mozzarella into thin slices. Carefully mix the salad ingredients, except for the cooked ham. Arrange ham and salad on a plate
