Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 30 g Horseradish
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1 collar (approx. 250 g) Radishes
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 (approx. 90 g) Pretzel rolls
  • 150 g Landjäger (air-dried sausage)
  • 1/2 Head picking salad

Directions

    For the dressing, wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Peel and finely grate the horseradish. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add 4 tbsp. oil drop by drop. Stir chives and horseradish into the vinaigrette

    Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Wash, clean and slice the cucumber. Peel onion and cut into thin slices. Marinate radish, onion and cucumber with prepared dressing. Dice the buns. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the bread cubes for about 3 minutes, turning them over. Cut sausage into thin slices

    Clean, wash and shake the salad dry and pluck the leaves. Mix the ingredients and serve
