  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of firm sour cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1/2 bunch/pot of coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp or parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, cayenne pepper

    Peel the garlic. Press the garlic through the garlic press into the sour cream and mix. Add oil. Wash the coriander and cut into fine strips. Stir in and season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
