Peel the orange, removing the white skin with it. Cut the flesh into thick slices and halve. Peel and quarter the pineapple, remove the woody stalk. Peel banana. Cut pineapple and banana into slices.
Put fruit on skewers alternately. Brush with oil and sprinkle with pepper. Place skewers on aluminium foil and grill on the hot grill for about 5 minutes. Decorate with lemon balm.
