  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each; extract weight 225 g) Tropical Fruit Cocktail
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 8 Coconut rusks
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Raspberry Spirit
  • 2 Protein
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar

Directions

    Drain the fruit. Peel, halve and slice the kiwi. Crumble the rusks and spread them on 4 ovenproof trays. Drizzle with the raspberry brandy. Add the fruit.

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanillin sugar. Put the beaten egg whites on the fruits
