Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the stone and dice. Squeeze an orange. Peel the other one so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the orange into slices and possibly halve it.
Peel the pineapple and banana and cut them into pieces. Mix fruit with orange juice, liqueur and vanilla sugar and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Arrange fruit salad with coconut yoghurt. Decorate as desired with mint or lemon balm leaves.
