Red wine plums

Ingredients

  • 600 g Plums
  • 1/4 l apple juice
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 200 ml dry red wine
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 2 cm) Cinnamon stick
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and lemon balm

Directions

    Wash, halve, stone and quarter the plums. Stir 5 tablespoons apple juice and sauce powder until smooth. Put the rest of the apple juice, red wine, cinnamon, cloves and sugar in a pot. Bring to the boil, add plums and simmer for about 1 minute at low heat. Stir in the sauce powder and bring to the boil again briefly.

    Let the plums cool down a little. Pour into dessert glasses and decorate as desired with lemon and lemon balm. Serve dessert cold. Serve with crispy biscuits with almonds
