  • 6 Oranges
  • 6 Limes
  • 6 TABLESPOONS brown rum
  • 100 g demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime or orange slices, orange peel and balm

Directions

    Peel oranges and limes, so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fruit into slices. Stir rum and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Sprinkle the fruit with the sugar and leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Pour into cocktail glasses and decorate as desired with slices of lime or orange, orange peel and lemon balm
