Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 sour apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Limes
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Peach liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar and cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime Wheel
  • 8 Kakaohippen

Directions

    Clean and wash the strawberries. Peel kiwis. Wash apples and slice them into wafer-thin slices on a slicer. Remove the seeds. Drizzle apple slices with lemon juice. Cut the rest of the prepared fruit into wafer-thin slices. Arrange all fruits on plates.

    For the sauce, wash 1 lime thoroughly and grate the peel. Squeeze the juice of the lime. Mix with vanillin sugar and peach liqueur. Marinate the fruits with it. Dust the edges of the plate with icing sugar and cinnamon. Decorate desserts with lime wheels. Add the cocoa whips
