Ingredients

  • 2 small oranges
  • 2 sour apples
  • 6 TABLESPOONS lime juice to drizzle on
  • 2 Bananas
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 40 g unpeeled almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime wheel and mint

Directions

    Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut oranges into slices. Wash the apples and cut out the cores. Cut apples into thin rings and sprinkle with some lime juice. Peel and slice the bananas and sprinkle them as well.

    Arrange oranges, apples and bananas on plates. Spread maple syrup on them. Chop the almonds coarsely and sprinkle on the fruit salad. Serve garnished with lime wheels and fresh mint as desired
