Clean, wash and cut the vegetables into large cubes. ##peel and dice onion##. Clean, wash, spin dry and cut into strips.
Cut the sausage into thin slices. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry the slices of sausage for 5-6 minutes, turning them over. Take out.
Sauté onion in the frying fat. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. curry and sauté briefly. Stir in ketchup and bring to the boil. Heat sausage in it.
In the meantime, bake the toast pockets in the toaster for 2-3 minutes. Cut open the long side and open. Fill half with salad, ##cucumber## and ##tomato##. Then distribute the curry sausage with sauce in the pockets.
Sprinkle with some curry.
