Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 8–10 Corn cobs (225 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 75 g Butter

Directions

    Cleaning the corn, washing it. Boil the corn in plenty of boiling salted water with sugar and cook for about 15 minutes. Lift out of the water and drain well

    Cut the corncobs into 3 pieces. Put the corn on a hot grill and grill it all around, turning it golden yellow. Melt butter. Arrange the corn on the cobs spread with melted butter
