Ingredients

  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS spicy mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whiskey
  • 1 pinch coarse sea salt

Directions

    Clean and wash the chillies and cut them into fine rings. Mix oil, honey, mustard, chili and whiskey with a whisk in a bowl and season with salt
