  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON red curry powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Mix yoghurt, garlic, parsley and curry powder with a whisk in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper
