Ingredients

  • 1 red onions
  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 70 g Tomato paste
  • 20 ml Soy sauce
  • 30 ml Sunflower oil
  • 180 g Mango Chutney
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles from the twigs and chop finely. Mix tomato paste, soy sauce, oil and mango chutney with a whisk in a bowl. Fold in onion and rosemary. Season with pepper
