Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS good olive oil
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Sea salt

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and blanch with hot water. Rinse cold and peel the skin. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Puree with oil and salt using a hand blender. Pour into clean bottles and close them.

    Keeps in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
