400 g Feta
300 g Schmand
2 Garlic cloves
3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
1-2 TABLESPOONS Thyme leaves

Coarsely crumble 400 g feta. Finely puree with 300 g sour cream, 2 peeled cloves of garlic and 3 tbsp. olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir 1-2 tbsp. thyme leaves into the dip.
