Ingredients

  • 3 Spring onions
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g tartar, salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON oil, 1/2-1 teaspoon vegetable broth
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) ripened cream
  • 1/2 TEASPOON chopped parsley
  • 1 disc (50 g) Rye Bread

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the vegetables and mushrooms. Season tartar, form into balls. Fry in hot oil

    Add vegetables and mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in 100 ml water, stock and tomato paste, bring to the boil and season. Add cream and parsley. Add rye bread
