Cracker with cream cheese and apple

  • 75 g low-fat cream cheese (21 % fat in dry matter)
  • 2-3 stalks of chives
  • 1/2 (50 g) small apple
  • 3 (each 3.5 g) round crackers

Directions

    Stir cream cheese until smooth. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into rings. Wash the apple, grate dry and remove seeds. Cut out small hemispheres with a ball cutter.

    Use two teaspoons to cut off the cams from the cream cheese and place them on the crackers. Garnish with apple balls and chives.
