Potatoes with quark

Ingredients

  • 250 g baby potatoes
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) large carrot
  • 100 g Celery
  • 1 (approx. 30 g) small onion
  • 50 g Gherkin (glass)
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chive rolls

Directions

    Boil the potatoes in water for about 15 minutes. Clean and wash the vegetables. Grate carrot. Peel onion. Dice cucumber, onion and celery

    Mix everything with quark, season. Peel the potatoes. Fry in hot oil all around for about 10 minutes, salt. Sprinkle with chives
