Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 50 ml low-fat milk, 1.5 % fat (approx. 5 tablespoons)
  • 20 g Flour
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 1 (approx. 90 g) Kiwi
  • 10 g crunchy oats
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 20 g low-fat vanilla dessert with cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Mix egg, milk and flour to a smooth pancake batter. Let the dough swell for 15-20 minutes. Wash, drain and clean the strawberries. Cut strawberries into slices. Peel and slice the kiwi.

    Roast oat flakes in a pan without fat and take them out. Melt some fat in the hot pan (approx. 16 cm Ø), put half of the oat flakes and half of the dough in the pan. Bake a thin golden brown pancake while turning. Bake a second pancake with the remaining flakes and dough. Arrange on a plate with fruit and vanilla yoghurt and serve immediately, decorated with lemon balm
