Quark sauce with potato

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 large potato (200 g), 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) frozen peas
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 small peppers
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 3-4 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped herbs

    Wash potatoes well and boil in water for about 25 minutes. Boil the egg hard. Defrost the peas. Clean, wash and chop the vegetables

    Quench, peel and dice the egg. Stir curd and mineral water until smooth, season. Fold in all vegetables, egg and herbs. Drain the potatoes, break open a little if necessary and serve with the quark sauce
