Ingredients

  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 300 g Cod fillet
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash broccoli, divide into florets and cook for about 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Wash the fish, dab dry, sprinkle with lemon juice and dice. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and chop onion and fry in hot butter until translucent. Add flour and fry until golden brown. Deglaze with milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Peel and slice the potatoes. Put broccoli, potatoes and fish in an ovenproof dish and pour sauce over them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 10 minutes
