Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Water and honeydew melon
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 TABLESPOON granular cream cheese
  • 75 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 Splash of lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 10 g flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Peel and chop the melons, kiwi and banana. Mix cream cheese and yoghurt. Season with lemon juice and sweetener. Mix the fruit with the yoghurt sauce. Sprinkle everything with almond flakes.

    Decorate with mint as desired.
