Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/8 l clear broth (instant)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g clotted cream
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Dill

Directions

    Onions peel and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions in it. Add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Wash and slice the cucumber. Add to the meat and fry. Stir in stock, ketchup, cream and sour cream, except 1 tablespoon for garnishing. Bring to the boil and season. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Warm them up in the chopping pan. Wash dill, dab dry and pluck off the stalks, except for a little bit for garnishing. Sprinkle over the pan. Garnish with the remaining sour cream and dill. Boiled potatoes taste good with it
