Asian fried noodles with beef

Ingredients

  • 200 g Asian ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g White cabbage
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 200 g Celery
  • 250 g Vegetable Onion
  • 2 (125 g each) Beef Steaks
  • 1 Pepperoni
  • 1 (approx. 25 g) pinch of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until al dente. Then drain well. Clean and wash the white cabbage and cut into thin strips. Clean, wash and peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.

    Clean, wash and slice the celery. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Halve, seed, wash and finely chop the pepperoni.

    Peel the ginger and dice very finely. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Brown the meat all around, remove. Stir-fry cabbage, carrots, celery and onion for about 2 minutes. Season with pepper.

    Add pasta, pepperoni and ginger and fry for another 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and 250 ml water, add meat. Stir in stock and heat everything up again. Season to taste with salt. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls.

    Sprinkle over the fried noodles and serve.
