Ingredients

  • 200 g new potatoes
  • 250 g Pointed cabbage
  • 150 g Carrots
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) ripened cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower seeds

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and quarter them. Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut carrots and mushrooms into slices. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Fry potatoes and vegetables in hot fat.

    Pour on 100 ml water and bring to the boil. Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper and cook everything for about 15 minutes. Stir in cream and sprinkle sunflower seeds over it.
