Ingredients

  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g Chicory
  • 100 g Radicchio
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small apple
  • 1 small onion
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS fruit or white wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS frozen "8-herbs"
  • 40 g Poultry mortadella (2-3 slices)
  • 1 washer (40 g) dark wholemeal bread

Directions

    Clean lamb's lettuce, chicory and radicchio and wash thoroughly. Cut chicory into wide strips, leaving the tips of the leaves about 4 cm long. Pluck the radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Drain the salad well. In the meantime, wash the apple, cut it into quarters and remove the core. Cut a quarter into slices and put aside for garnishing. Dice remaining apple. Peel onion and also cut into cubes. Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add oil and finally stir in onion, frozen herbs and diced apple. Arrange the salad with the chicken sausage on a large plate and spread the vinaigrette over it. Garnish with apple slices. Dark wholemeal bread tastes good with it
